Serial needed? NO
Just download the iso using Vuze (Download - Link in Sidebar), then burn it to a blank DVD (4,7 GB recommended) using a programm like Actice@ISO - Burner or NERO (Speed: 2-4x).
After finishing restart your PC or Laptop and boot from the DVD.
It worked for me, and it will also work for you!
Don't worry about the serial. While setup is configurating your PC or Laptop, a cmd window will appear. Do not close it, or otherwise it won't disable the SERIAL!
And that's it! Now you've ULTIMATE installed on your PC oder Laptop!
